1.      Do you provide marketing materials? Yes, we provide you with affiliate banners, emails, and a personal website.
2.      Where is my personal website to advertise and start earning cash and incentives? Click the View Products link. The link beside the MooreSuccess Inc. logo is your personal website link to advertise. You must at all times adhere to our terms and conditions.
3.      What link do I use to get new affiliates to sign up underneath me? You use the link located on your home page under the “Become a Super Affiliate” section.
4.      Do I have to invest any money? No. We provide you with a website and standard marketing materials. You will be responsible for anything beyond that.
5.      How do I get paid? You get paid a commission on every sale you make. In addition, you get a commission from every affiliate you sign up underneath you. As an added bonus you even get a commission from every sale of an affiliate under your affiliate (2nd tier). We pay our affiliates on the 1st and 15th via PayPal. If you want to be paid via check we cut those once quarterly (every 3 months). If you are getting a bonus, then you will be paid the following month on the 15th payout via PayPal or via the next quarterly check mailing. There is a minimum payout of $10.00. If you have not accumulated $10.00 in sales we will hold your payment until you reach this minimum. Once the minimum is reached you will be paid via the next pay cycle.
6.      How am I supposed to market? We want you to market via word off of mouth, banners, emails, text ads, and all other approved methods.
7.      Do I handle any customer service issues? No. We provide all the customer service. You will never have to service clients’ accounts.
8.      Can I purchase marketing for myself? Sure, and in doing so you will get paid on it as well.
9.      How do I reach new levels? Each level has different requirements. Once you’ve reached the requirements for the next level you are automatically enrolled. To meet qualifications, sales will be counted for the previous month from day 1 to the end of the month.
10.   How do I maintain the current level I’m on? You must achieve all the requirements monthly to retain your level status. If you do not you will not lose your level just the incentives that come with it.
11.   What happens if I do not meet the qualifications for the current title I’m at? Fortunately, we do not believe in taking away what you earn. However, we do believe in progress. So with that being said we will never demote you or take away your title. However, to maintain the incentives of your title you must hit the goals set forth for that level.
12.   What happens if the affiliates under me are not producing or meeting their goals? If the affiliates under you do not meet their goals and your level requires that meet their qualification, then you will not qualify. We suggest you get as many affiliates underneath you that will produce so if one does not meet their goal another one will.
13.   Where are the marketing materials located? They are found in two places. First you can download all materials via the Marketing Documents link or get the HTML code via the View Product link.
14.   How do I contact you if I have a question? Contact us via the contact page using the contact form only.
